For over 30 years, Pexco Aerospace has been serving the aerospace industry’s unique and custom needs. Our ability to manufacture solutions to meet our customer’s’ most demanding requirements has established Pexco Aerospace as the go-to supplier for aircraft polymer extrusions, machined polymers, and fabrication needs. We are known by our customers, both big and small, as a trusted supplier and an invaluable contributor to design projects.

Our facility was custom designed to support the extrusion process, which consist of 18 Extruders and 6 Co-Extruders furnishing the most critical components required by our valued customers. To support the extrusion process, Pexco Aerospace continually invests in and innovates state of the art support equipment to provide tight tolerance, consistent finishes, in-line fabrication, and real time inspections.
