EXTRUSION OF POLYMER PARTS FOR AIRCRAFT INTERIORS | YAKIMA WASHINGTON

Built in 1998, Pexco Aerospace present facility is 148,000 square feet on approximately 12 acres located in sunny Yakima, WA. The facility was designed specifically for the extrusion of polymer parts for aircraft interiors, with a LEAN principle in mind such that raw materials enter through the north end of the facility with the finished products exiting via the south end.

Inside of the facility, you will find a state of the art machine shop capable of building the most complex tooling for both extrusion and fixturing CNC Routers, Mills. Our machine shop is a core part of the business, providing the opportunity to be extremely responsive to our customer’s needs.

The heart of our facility is the extrusion department, which consist of 18 extruders and 6 co-extruders furnishing the most critical components required by our valued customers. To support the extrusion process, Pexco Aerospace continually invests in and innovates state of the art support equipment to provide tight tolerance, consistent finishes, in-line fabrication, and real time inspections.

Taking your extrusion or other polymer products to the next level, Pexco Aerospace’s full service value added capabilities are handled by the fabrication department, which is approximately 45,000 square feet.
